everything was in general very good, the room was ok, and the business center was also ok (although I discovered myself and nobody told me about it)

The location of the hotel, it is next to the Grand Central Station and it is easy to use the subway. The rooms are very comfortable and convenient.

$15 free in the market which was really helpful, room service was great, rooms were lovely and clean, free WiFi is always a plus

I chose the Hyatt Grand Central due to it's proximity to subway for when I needed to attend broadway shows, and trains when I needed to travel to upstate NY. Great transportation hub without being in Times Square(which I loathe). My room was a great size and my bed super comfortable. When it got warm, my room would cool down quickly. There's things I'd improve, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is excellently located, very close to Grand Central Station and a few minutes away from Times Square. Rooms were quite big and clean and at check in you’d receive a 15$ daily budget to spend on coffee/ muffins/ bagels/ fruits at the market located in the lobby.

The location. With the hotel right next to Grand Central Station, we were able to have convenient access to the whole city and more.
